A Harlem Celebration

Andrea and I take in history as tens of thousands take to the streets in Harlem.

People cheer during Obama's acceptance speech.

Once this flashed on the screen the streets of Harlem went absolutely wild. I have never seen anything like it and I will never forget it for the rest of my life.

President Barack Obama.

People flooded 125th Street as the night pushed on. There were tens of thousands of people dancing, singing, crying and smiling, showing the world that we can do anything.

A man sells Obama buttons.

Looking west down 125th Street. The intersection at Adam Clayton Powell Blvd was overflowing with happy Obama supporters.

Looking east down 125th looked the same. Smiles galore.

Cheering for our new president of the United States of America... Barack Obama!
